5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

DCK (“Seller”) warrants to the original purchaser only, that all DCK power tools will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of three years from date of purchase, if original purchaser registers the product in our official web site within 30 days from purchase. Product registration can be completed online at https://eu.dck-tools.com. Purchasers should also retain their receipt as proof of purchase.
THE FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD FOR POWER TOOLS IS CONDITIONED ON REGISTRATION OF THE PRODUCT IN OUR OFFICIAL WEB SITE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. If original purchasers do not register their product timely, the foregoing limited warranty will apply for a duration of three years for power tools.
Notwithstanding the foregoing,if a DCK power tool is used for industrial, professional, or commercial purposes, the foregoing warranty will apply for a duration of ONE YEAR, regardless of registration.

2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Every DCK Battery/Charger, is warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the period of 2 YEARS from the date of original purchase, regardless of registration. If inspection shows the trouble is caused by defective workmanship or material, DCK will repair (or at our option, replace) without charge. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the battery/Charger is used for industrial, professional, or commercial purposes, the foregoing warranty will apply for a duration of ONE YEAR,
This limited warranty does not apply to routine maintenance parts and consumables that can wear out from normal use within the warranty period, including blades, trimmer heads, chain bars, saw chains, belts,etc.
This limited warranty does not cover the damage resulting from modification, alteration, or unauthorized repair. In no event shall seller be liable for any incidental or consequential damages (including but not limited to liability for loss of profits) . This warranty may also be further limited or voided as specifically detailed in the product Manual. DCK has no other liability under this warranty.
The benefits to you given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies imposed by State and Federal legislation that cannot be excluded
